Example job: a corner balcony with bent glass on two radii, measured and drawnPlan view of a corner balcony. One bad measure is a remake.

Bent and toughened glass is made in a factory to the shape someone measured on site. It can't be trimmed after.

  1. Measured with a tape and a template
  2. Toughened in the factory. Can't be trimmed after.
  3. It doesn't fit on site.
  4. New panel, second install, weeks lost.

So a lot of bent work gets turned away, or priced so high the job is lost.

How a job runs

  1. 1 You send the job Address, plans, the glass spec.
  2. 2 I measure on site A laser maps the opening and the slab edge, point by point.
  3. 3 I draw it to cut Shop drawings and cut files, every number with its tolerance.
  4. 4 You check, your fabricator cuts Look it over on your phone before anything is ordered.

Every detail is a setting, not a redraw.

Spigots, standoffs or channel, fixing centres, glass gaps, height above the floor, the top edge. Change one and every sheet and cut file follows. Try it on the example.
